Frustration

Peggy's Pages
Have you ever felt so frustrated that you just want to give up, but when you do, you get even more frustrated because you gave up? I feel that way when I constantly forget my user names and passwords. I even use the same ones for everything but seem to forget them immediately. I know, I should write them down. But then I forget where I wrote them. Maybe I'm too old for all this. No, I've always been a bit scattered. We have to learn how to live with frustration. I usually simply walk away from it and return at another time--often to become frustrated all over again. Some people hit things--or people--or throw things--or people.

Parents especially become frustrated. That's when they sometimes hit people--like children. But hitting the children out of frustration, teaches the children to do the same. We need to teach people how to deal with frustration. That's even more important that teaching how to deal with anger. I think that frustration leads to anger. Rather than having anger management, perhaps we need frustration management.

So now, let's see if this thing posts. If not, it will probably lead to frustration. Hmm....

Journaling

Blogging is a new to me. Because I love to write but have no reader, I decided to begin my own blog. Hopefully, I will write every day about something of interest or not. This is just my first attempt to see what the site will look like.
